Godhunter Character Concept

A concept for a character I may use in an upcoming short film.
This current design is a lot more detailed than the one I'll use in the final product.

He is probably one of the most elite soldiers out there when it comes to regular government policing. He's even able to overpower most Elite cybernetic Girl Scouts, including Overdrive.

He actually doesn't possess any limbs, only some fins, gills and a head, everything else consists of cybernetics and his exoskeleton.
Godhunter is also equipped with state of the art armor around his vital organs and a high caliber version of the Infiltrator fully automatic assault rifle.
He has a decive hooked up to his gills, that allows him to absorb large amounts of water vapor from the air to reuse for his breathing.
His exoskeletal gear also has a biolink with him, so if there is ever anything jamming with the connection or an EMP, it doesn't fry the system and he'll be able to go on fighting, due to a lot of the functions being bio-mechanical or
